Development study produced for a 1.25 acres site zoned for Mix-use Innovation. Development proposal seek to produce human scaled outdoor space as an amenity to what will be a substantively more dense site within the surrounding suburban fabric. Development for Mix-use Townhomes, Mix-use Multi Family, Mixed use live/work artists studios, large and medium light manufacturing space, and several residential configurations were explored.
